Our Cancellation Policy
Following your booking, you will receive a confirmation email containing a personalised link, allowing you to conveniently reschedule or cancel your appointment at any time.
We understand that life can be unpredictable. Should you need to cancel, your payment will be converted into a gift voucher equal to the full value of your booking. This voucher remains valid for use at your convenience, on any available day.
For your booking, a dedicated therapist and treatment bed will be reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

No. Please arrive as you are. Your treatment includes a complete scalp cleanse and detox.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Will my hair be dried after the treatment?
Yes. A gentle blow dry is included following your treatment.
Is the clinic private?
Yes. Our clinic operates by appointment only, providing a peaceful and private environment designed for relaxation and personalised care.
What should I wear to my appointment?
Comfortable clothing is recommended. We provide everything required for your treatment experience.
Can I wear makeup during my treatment?
Yes. While some treatments involve relaxation techniques around the face and neck, makeup can generally remain in place.
